Goizueta Partners

Established in 1997, Goizueta Partners is an active support network for all partners of MBA students.  The membership includes diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.  Goizueta Partners plans a number of social activities for families, spouses, and significant others to make them feel part of our business school community.  The organization also assists incoming students and their partners in making a smooth transition to Atlanta and MBA life.

Social Function

Goizueta Partners encourages partner participation in the plethora of parties already planned by the Graduate Business Association (GBA).

Support Function

Goizueta Partners endeavors to persuade prospective MBAs and their partners to prefer our program.

  • Augmenting the Goizueta Ambassador Program (GAP)  by hosting significant others during campus visits
  • Hosting partners during Goizueta's Welcome Weekend for accepted students

We assist incoming students and their partners in the adjustment to Atlanta and MBA life.

  • Choosing daycare
  • Selecting housing and transportation
  • Answering questions and allaying concerns

Goizueta Partners also has two International Liaisons to support the special needs of our international students.  Kohei Sato (MBA00) moved to Atlanta from Japan.  He has a wife and two children.  Alberto Zambrano (MBA00) came to Goizueta Business School from Venezuela.  He has a wife and one child.
