David A. Bray, son of Stephen and Beverly Bray; happily married to Diane L. Morrison. Successfully defended doctoral dissertation in Information Systems at Emory University on 07 March 2008.

Possess 16+ years experience leading enterprise collaboration projects, strategic business and emergency operations, $61M+ budget formulations, and knowledge sharing endeavors; significant work experience with the U.S. Executive Branch as well as in the private sector.

Post-doc at MIT's Center for Collective Intelligence and Harvard's Leadership for a Networked World Program; previously a Visiting Associate at the Oxford Internet Institute in 2007, where I gave two public talks on knowledge ecosystems and virtual institutions in addition to other presentations and lectures.

Moved around a lot as a youth (father was a Methodist minister). At age 5, knew I wanted to work for the government, cyber- or intelligence-related. Always a friend of felines; dabble in piano and pastels; love word puzzles.
